In his new role, he will be responsible for enhancing the lender’s capability and capacity to manage additional loans.
Phil joins Blackfinch after spending two years as an associate at JP Morgan, where he worked in the investment banking and real estate structured finance teams.
Prior to this, he held positions at Empiric Student Property PLC and Aviva Investors.
In addition, Phil has an Investment Management Certificate and a Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

“I was attracted to Blackfinch because it runs it property lending business in an entrepreneurial and nimble way, with a flexible approach that understands its clients’ needs,” said Phil.
“I’m looking forward to helping more developers to build out the homes and property infrastructure that the UK requires.”
